Day 1 – Saskatchewan to Winnipeg/Fargo
North coach passengers will travel Highway 16 east picking up along the way en route to Winnipeg. The south coach will travel south crossing into North Dakota and spend the night in Fargo. The North Battleford coach will travel through Saskatoon picking up along the way en route to Winnipeg.

Day 2 – Winnipeg/Fargo to Minneapolis/Eau Claire
Travel day heading south.

Day 3 – Minneapolis/Eau Claire to Bloomington/Champaign
From country to city on today’s drive.

Day 4 – Bloomington/Champaign to Louisville, KY
“Ladies & Gentlemen start your engines”, the highlight of the day will be the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Museum.

Day 5 – Louisville, KY
A wonderful new addition to this tour is a “hands-on” guided tour of a thoroughbred race horse farm, the Historic Hermitage Farm. Experience their renowned thoroughbred operations, sustainable, organic farming and a private session of how to make the perfect Old Fashion cocktail! Lunch will be included at the farm. After getting back to Louisville, the first stop is the famous Louisville Slugger Museum & Factory Tour. The museum celebrates the extraordinary role Louisville Slugger baseball bats have played in the sport’s past, present and future. From the forest to the field, you’ll follow the time that’s turned into hard-hitting history. But wait, there’s more! Heading across the street from the Slugger Museum to the Frazier Museum. A guided tour will delve into Kentucky’s history through artifacts and exhibits. It’s also the start of the Kentucky Bourbon Trail so naturally, we will have a tasting of 3 different bourbon with a local expert explaining the nuances of each one.

Day 6 – Louisville to Gatlinburg, TN
First stop will be at Churchill Downs for a visit to the Kentucky Derby Museum. From there, pass through the Lexington Bluegrass Region on the way to Gatlinburg, your home for the next two nights.

Day 7 – Pigeon Forge
A fun-filled afternoon at Dollywood, where there’s music, shows, crafts, displays, and Chasing Rainbows, Dolly’s very own museum. After dinner stay awhile to enjoy the 4 million or so lights throughout the park.

Day 8 – Gatlinburg to Nashville, TN
Upon arrival into Nashville, the Music City, will be the Nashville Visitor’s Center where we will be personally greeted and given an overview of Nashville. The remainder of the afternoon is yours to explore on own in downtown Nashville. This evening, enjoy a private dinner and live music by an accomplished local songwriter who will talk about the behind the scenes of some of your favourite country songs.

Day 9 – Nashville
A free morning to relax or maybe head back downtown to see more sights. After lunch, it’s off to the Grand Ole Opry for a guided Backstage Tour. Take it all in: the sights, the sounds and the stories that only happen backstage – before the country music magic happens onstage! You’ve seen your favourite country artists perform here on TV or heard them on the radio and tonight you will see them live at the Grand Ole Opry. This will be an evening to remember!

Day 10 – Nashville
Today starts with a tour of the famous RCA Studio B which is the oldest surviving recording studio in Nashville and one of the most famous studios in the world. Then it’s over to visit the Country Music Hall of Fame. This museum is home to thousands of priceless artifacts, images, and sounds that have inspired young and old from around the globe.

Day 11 – Nashville to Memphis, TN
This morning, it’s off to the Land of the Blues, Memphis and a fabulous Elvis Experience Tour & Airplanes at Graceland, legendary home of The King, the late, great Elvis Presley. Lunch will be included at Graceland.

Day 12 – Memphis to Branson, MO
Today we travel through the beautiful Ozark Mountains to your home for the next four nights, The Grand Country Resort in Branson. First up The Grand Country Jubilee Evening Show. This signature show features an outstanding cast of high-energy entertainers. If you love country music, you are going to have a blast at this classic show. Audiences will surely fall in love with the spectacular music. It is going to be a great time! You'll love the wonderful performances of the grand band, New South, as they sing their hearts out as one of the most coveted quartets in Branson. This group features well-blended harmonies so amazing as they showcase their talents with hot country hits, gospel classics, oldies, quartet favorites, and more.

Day 13 – Branson
This morning, we will take in some of the local sights on a City Tour of Branson. Enjoy a free afternoon to relax or take in an optional show. This afternoon, enjoy a fabulous Christmas Dinner Cruise on the Showboat Branson Belle. This classic showboat-style activity transports guests to the days of paddle boats along the Mississippi River right on Table Rock Lake. A great Branson dinner cruise allows guests to relax and unwind while enjoying amazing sightseeing opportunities along the sparkling Table Rock Lake. As well as offering panoramic views of picturesque scenery, these cruises also feature energetic entertainment that will impress and delight and delicious meals that will make your mouth water. We close out this evening with The Presley’s Country Christmas Jubilee Evening Show. The show is the perfect country gospel variety show. Combining hilarious comedy and classic country music, Presley's Country Jubilee is a must-see endeavor! The show is the perfect blend of family entertainment. Laugh along with hilarious jokes and experience the uplifting gospel and bluegrass hits. Each performer is extremely talented, bringing charisma and skill with them. As well as gospel and country music, the show entertains with hilarious comedy!

Day 14 – Branson
A free morning for an Optional Show or some shopping. This afternoon’s show will be The Dutton Family Christmas Show. You'll be amazed by the incredible talent showcased by the talented family of the Dutton’s as they sing, dance, and play a huge collection of instruments as part of their musical celebration. The talent within this group is tremendous! After mastering the violin (at three years old), the kids moved on to the banjo, piano, guitar, and a variety of other musical instruments and are known for their instrumental virtuosity. You're in for a magical surprise when you see this outstanding and amazing family perform on stage. No matter what your musical taste may be, from pop to contemporary rock to bluegrass, this show is going to deliver you smiles. Close out the evening with the incredible new “David” Production at the Sight and Sound Theatre. David follows the life and legacy of the Biblical hero, David. Uncover the many sides and trades of David - poet, musician, builder, shepherd, and king - with an incredible script, live music, and mesmerizing set. Audience members will watch in awe as David shepherds his herd, follows the word of God, and ultimately squares off against Goliath in a penultimate battle of faith. From shepherd to king, David's journey is one of fortitude, offering lasting lessons in faith to those who attend. Of course, it wouldn't be a Sight and Sound show with all of its incredible elements. From the expansive stage to the LED lighting, the original music, and the talented actors and actresses, David will be a 'Goliath' production that will enchant, entertain, and inspire all who attend.

Day 15 – Branson
The morning show will be The Hughes Brothers Family Christmas Morning Show. Enjoy a night filled with fantastic entertainment from the most talented family of singers, dancers, and musicians at this music celebration with the Hughes Brothers Music Show. These five handsome and talented brothers will treat you to a production filled with a variety of music from pop, rock, and country to Broadway, gospel, and hip hop as they dance in unison with grace and style that leaves audiences breathless. This experience is one of the best things to do in the area. Not only will the singing amaze you, but it features original choreography from multiple different dance styles including waltz and ballet as well as incredible production numbers with state-of-the-art sound and lighting that adds to this amazing performance to make for an unforgettable time. This afternoon will be free for an optional show. Our last show will be The Haygood’s Evening Show. Get ready to celebrate 33 years of Haygood’s performances this year in 2025! Back and better than ever, the Haygood’s bring a new setlist full of fun, energetic music, pyrotechnics, and more to the stage. Every year has a new show, and guests will be delighted with new features like: Upside Down Guitar Players, Upside Down Tap Dancers, a Guitar-Playing Flying Robot, Indoor Drone Light Show and a New Setlist from the 60s to Modern Hits.

Day 16 – Branson to St. Joseph, MO
After all the non-stop excitement, it will be nice to sit back and relax on the journey back home. Once we arrive in St Joseph, there’s a guided tour of the Pony Express Museum, a transport museum documenting the history of the Pony Express, the first fast mail line across the North American continent from the Missouri River to the Pacific Coast.

Day 17 – St. Joseph to Watertown, SD
After a day of travelling, the stop overnight is in Watertown, South Dakota. This evening, join your fellow travellers, tour director and bus driver for a WestWorld Tours Farewell Dinner (you may even find yourself assisting with the entertainment).

Day 18 – Watertown to Minot/Winnipeg
After a duty free stop the ‘North’ coach heads for Winnipeg where we say goodbye to our Manitoba passengers. The ‘South’ coach will continue to Minot for one more night in the USA.

Day 19 – Winnipeg/Minot to Saskatchewan
This is the last day of the tour as both coaches make their way to Saskatchewan.
